Reiki

Pronounced RAY-KEY, this is a laying of the hands technique which is probably thousands of years old. The most accepted definition of the word "Rei" is that it means "universal" and that "Ki" means "life force".

Through an attuned practitioner (see below for our Therapists full Reiki Lineage), energy is transferred to the receiver using a sequence of positions. The Reiki will travel to wherever it is needed either physically, mentally or emotionally.

Reiki can be performed both lying down or sitting up with the client fully clothed. A full treatment takes approximately 45 - 60 minutes, however please note that during the first treatment a little additional time is required to perform a short consultation.
