A warm welcome to the Quiet Moments web site.    We all know the effects of stress in our lives these days which is why it is so important to take a little time for ourselves.  It is key to recognise the signs of stress as well a knowing a little about how to combat them.  It could be taking a little exercise or practicing meditation or simply learning how to breathe properly. 

I believe that Complementary Therapies also have a role to play in reducing your stress levels and I have put together this site to tell you a little about the treatments we have available and ask that you take a little time to browse through them at your leisure.
